Frozen Ityori Mix Surimi is produced from a carefully selected combination of 75% Threadfin Bream (Ityori) and 25% other premium fish including Lizardfish, Bigeye Snapper, and Pink Perch.

The term “Ityori” (イトヨリ) is a Japanese trade name traditionally used for Threadfin Bream within the surimi industry and is globally recognized as a reference for quality-grade surimi raw material.

This surimi blend is valued for its balanced texture, mild flavor, and excellent gel-forming properties, making it suitable for mid to high-grade surimi products.
