AOT Surimi’s state-of-the-art facilities combine advanced machinery, strict quality control, and hygienic, sustainable practices. Our processing units feature machines sourced from Korea, Japan, and India, with dedicated labs and temperature-controlled storage ensuring every batch meets international standards for taste, texture, and freshness. For superior safety, a Japanese X-ray system is installed after the plate freezer, and a metal detector inspects cartons before shipment. Quality and safety systems are fully integrated throughout processing and dispatch stages, guaranteeing consistent, high-quality surimi.

AOT Surimi operates a world-class surimi manufacturing facility spread across 10,765 sq. meters with a 4,000 sq. meter built-up area within the Mangalore Special Economic Zone (MSEZ). The plant features four high-capacity surimi production lines with a processing capacity of 75 MT per day, a unidirectional machine layout for controlled hygienic flow, and a 2,000 MT cold storage facility, supported by uninterrupted high-quality water supply, MSEZ’s state-of-the-art CETP, and all statutory approvals.
Strategically located close to major fish landing centers such as Mangalore and Malpe, and well connected at just 7 km from Mangalore International Airport, 13 km from the shipping port, and 15 km from the fishing jetty, the facility ensures efficient raw material sourcing and export logistics. This prime location and robust infrastructure enable scalable, sustainable production while meeting global standards for food safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

The plant houses three high-capacity surimi lines producing up to 75 MT per day, featuring a unidirectional layout, advanced machinery from Korea, Japan, and India, and stringent quality control with Japan-made X-ray inspection and metal detection, supported by a 2,000 MT cold storage facility.
Strategically located near the international airport, port, and fishing jetty, the facility enables efficient logistics and scalable production—targeting 5,000–7,000 MT in the first year and over 10,000 MT by the third year—processing premium raw materials to meet global standards for safety, quality, and sustainability.
